Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pengelolaan pelatihan berbasis lingkungan hidup di Balai Diklat Keagamaan (BDK) Makassar. Metode penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Eco-Diklat dapat dijadikan model pengelolaan pelatihan berbasis lingkungan hidup di BDK Makassar. Pengelolaan pelatihan berbasis lingkungan hidup (eco-diklat) ditinjau dari 3 aspek yaitu penerapan kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan, kegiatan ramah lingkungan berbasis partisipatif dan pengembangan model pengelolan pelatihan berbasis lingkungan hidup.  Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BDK Makassar telah mempraktikkan penerapan kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan yang mendukung terciptanya lingkungan pelatihan yang bersih, hijau dan sehat serta kebijakan untuk pengalokasian dan penggunaan dana bagi kegiatan yang terkait dengan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup. Kegiatan ramah lingkungan berbasis partisipatif antara lain  pegawai sudah dilibatkan dalam berbagai aktivitas pelestarian lingkungan hidup seperti menanam pohon di lingkungan kantor, penghematan energi listrik dan air bersih, mengurangi penggunaan plastik dan menerapkan paperless. Implikasi yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah model eco-diklat  terus dikembangkan dan bisa menjadi contoh model pengelolaan bagi lembaga pelatihan berbasis ramah lingkungan yang dapat dijadikan percontohan dan pembelajaran bagi lembaga-lembaga pelatihan lainnya. Melalui model pengelolaan pelatihan eco-diklat ini diharapkan  lembaga pelatihan berorientasi pada mutu, berdaya saing tinggi, serta ikut andil dalam mendukung dan berpartisipasi mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (sustainable development goals).

ABSTRACT

This study aims to describe an environment-based training management model at BDK Makassar. While the research method at this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that Eco-Training could be used as a model for environmental-based training management at BDK Makassar. Environmental-based training management (eco-diklat) is viewed from 3 aspects, implementation of environmentaly friendly policies, participatory-based environmentally friendly activities and the development of an environmentally-based training management model. The research finding is that BDK Makassar has demonstrated the application of environmentally sound policies that support the creation of a clean, green and healthy environment as well as policies for the allocation and use of funds for activities related to environmental management. Participatory-based eco-friendly activities include other employees who are involved in various environmental activities such as planting trees in the office environment, saving electricity and clean water, reducing the use of plastic and implementing paperless. The expected implication in this research is that the eco-diklat model continues to be developed and can be an example of a management model for environmentally friendly training institutions that can be used as a model and learning for other training institutions. Through this management model, it is hoped that training institutions will be quality-oriented, highly competitive, and take part in supporting and participating in achieving sustainable development goals.
